Our family-friendly holiday villa in southern France accommodates up to 8 adults and 2 small children. The rental property features 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a solid wooden baby crib (70 x 140 cm), and an additional travel cot is available for use in any other bedroom, ideal for families with infants or toddlers.
Yes, Villa La Genestière is a pet-friendly vacation home. Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional fee of 100€/week. The property is partially fenced with a low fence designed to protect against wildlife, such as wild boars. Please note the fence may not fully contain active dogs.
Our cancellation terms are as follows:
If you provide a replacement guest who accepts all contractual obligations, there will be no cancellation fees.
Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before check-in.
If cancelled less than 60 days before the arrival date, the full rental price is due.

The villa keys are handed over in person at the property by our local concierge, who will greet you, answer any questions, and give a quick orientation. This ensures a smooth and personalized check-in process.
